About the organization

Jisr Al Amal Charitable Society is an independent Palestinian non-profit and non-governmental organization, licensed by the Palestinian Ministry of Interior under the number "C-1123-GA". It was established in 2015 by a group of distinguished and experienced youth who always aspire to serve their people who suffer from the brunt of the blockade, unemployment, poverty, and harsh living conditions that have surrounded them for more than 12 years. Jisr Al Amal Charitable Society works in all governorates The Gaza Strip in general and focuses its work on rural and marginalized areas in particular, where its residents live below the poverty line and endure continued suffering due to poor living conditions. Jisr Al Amal Association seeks to achieve adequate social and economic support for needy Palestinian families through the implementation of a number of relief and development projects that aim to develop all their livelihoods and improve their quality of life. In addition, the association seeks to raise the capabilities of the Palestinian community to make it more effective, productive and independent by implementing a number of different planned programs.
