École Ducasse embodies the philosophy of excellence embraced by Alain Ducasse (20 Michelin stars); blending teaching and sharing of culinary techniques and expertise at the highest level, with a resolutely contemporary approach to gastronomy. Founded in 1999, École Ducasse transmits outstanding expertise in culinary and pastry arts through its network of schools in France. Academic programs include bachelor’s degrees, short 2 months masterclasses, courses for career changers and continuous professional training. Students can choose to pursue an English or French language curriculum, both options are available for most programs.
