About the organization

Tofifest - nicknamed the "rebellious festival" - is one of the most important film events in Poland. The festival is taking place in Torun. Its main awards are Golden Angels and Flisak (The Rafter). It aims to show a "rebellious" cinema without fearing the revolt, under these slogans the festival has been going forward since 2003. Each year festival presents over 150 films, in several sections, and screenings are accompanied by numerous artistic events, exhibitions, theater performances and concerts.
