About the organization

Founded in 1938, Hunan University is a public university located in Changsha, China. It is one of the oldest and most prestigious universities in Hunan Province, with a student population of over 34,000, including 2,800 international students from 89 countries. The university ranks 45th among Chinese universities according to the Shanghai Ranking and is known for its advanced research facilities, including 87 research laboratories and 23 technology innovation centers. It is also part of China’s Double First-Class University Project, supported by the Chinese government.
