About the organization

The Fonds de recherche du Québec – Nature et technologies (FRQNT) is a non-profit agency created under the Act respecting the Ministry of Education, Higher Education and Research. It is a mandatary of the Québec government and is administered by a board of directors whose members are appointed by the Cabinet. One of the missions of the Fonds de recherche du Québec – Nature et technologies (FRQNT) is to promote and provide financial support for research in the fields of natural sciences, mathematical sciences and engineering.
