About the organization

Digital grassroots is a dynamic team of youth leaders from different nationalities who are passionate about addressing various Internet Governance Issues on a global scale. Digital Grassroots strive towards ensuring openness, security, privacy, Web literacy and decentralization of the internet. Through Digital Grassroots ambassadors program, Digital Grassroots engage young people around the world on a 4 weeks online Internet Literacy Course and mentorship, giving them an opportunity to kickstart active involvement and careers in internet governance, and also guide ambassadors through a weekly community engagement process where they share their knowledge from the internet literacy course with their local communities.
