About the organization

Established in 1956, Andalas University was the first university outside Java Island in Indonesia. It is one of the country's leading universities, comprising 15 faculties and ranking seventh nationwide. The university hosts over 25,000 students from various countries and has academic partnerships with more than 100 international institutions. It holds an A rating from the Indonesian Ministry of Education and is ranked among the top 500 universities in Asia, with a strong emphasis on research and innovation.
