Main Aims of this program:

By the end of this program, the trainee must be able to:

• Read the plans of household appliances, such as: washing machines, refrigerators, fans, air conditioners, and heaters, their specifications, maintenance manuals, and operating characteristics, according to the manufacturer.
• Installing and operating home appliances operator equipment and implementing maintenance programs for it.
• Providing work materials, tools, devices, and equipment according to quantities and specifications.
• Installing and operating home appliances.
• Insulation and continuity testing using testing and measuring devices.
• Dismantling the electrical components of household electrical appliances, such as motors, switches, and protection devices, and reinstalling them after performing the necessary maintenance.
• Replacement of damaged parts of household electrical appliances.
• Determining service and repair fees, and filling out work forms.
• Evaluate the performance of subordinates, and to identify their training needs, and training and skills development.
• Applying procedures and instructions of the Occupational Safety and Health.

About the Vocational Training Corporation (VTC):

The Vocational Training Corporation (VTC) was established pursuant to the temporary Law number (35) for the year 1976.
