Scholarship Categories
The Zhejiang Normal University (ZJNU) Scholarship offers three types of financial assistance:
- Type A: Full tuition fee coverage (no monthly stipend).
- Type B: Half tuition fee coverage (no monthly stipend).
- Type C: 4500 RMB towards educational expenses.
Eligibility criteria
Basic Requirements:
- Undergraduate Applicants: Must be under 30 years old and possess a high school diploma.
- Master’s Applicants: Must be under 35 years old and hold a bachelor’s degree, along with two recommendation letters from professors or associate professors.
- Doctoral Applicants: Must be under 40 years old and have a master’s degree, accompanied by two recommendation letters from professors or associate professors.
Other Requirements:
- Applicants must be foreign nationals with valid passports and in good health.
- Adherence to Chinese laws and university regulations is mandatory.
- Language proficiency requirements vary by program. Applicants for Chinese-taught programs should submit an HSK certificate, while those for English-taught programs must provide IELTS, TOEFL, or GRE scores.
- Applicants cannot hold other scholarships simultaneously.
