Their programmes empower people and organisations to work together in support of a healthier, lasting and inclusive news industry. Recognising that gender is the largest of the diversity categories, with more than 50% of the world’s population identifying as women, their leadership development  programme, the WIN Leadership Accelerator,  prioritises women and non-binary individuals. Their training and advocacy work with media partners in the areas of organisational strategy, content strategy and stability encourages participation of all genders.
