• Conduct extensive socio-legal research.
• Manage a caseload of matters from inception to finish with minimal supervision.
• Be the first point of contact of victims.
• Manage interactions with external bodies with a professional attitude.
• Assist colleagues when handling difficult cases

• Background in law is essential.
• English and French are essential. Spanish or German is desirable.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle a constantly changing workload.
• Detail oriented and ensure all documentation is accurate.
