<div><div class="benefits"><div><div class="benefits"><div class="benefits"><div class="benefits"><div class="benefits"><div class="benefits"><p>You will volunteer for 25 hours per week and will participate in the following <a href="https://www.for9a.com/en/opportunity/category/Events-Festivals-and-Conferences">activities</a>:</p><ul><li>Watering plants</li><li>Preparing food for patients and other animals.</li><li>Rehabilitation</li><li>Medical examination and treatment.</li><li>Annual check-ups</li><li>Laboratory work (fecal and blood smears).</li><li>Feeding young and orphaned animals.</li></ul><p>The regular volunteer program consists of the following activities:</p><ul><li>Your day will start at 6:00 and end at 15:00</li><li>Morning feeding and daily tasks:<ul><li>6:00 to 8:00 =&gt; You will start your day by feeding the animals in the morning under the supervision of experts. This is a unique opportunity to see the animals in their most active state.</li><li>8:00 - 8:30 =&gt; Breakfast time! Your well-deserved break to recharge your batteries.</li><li>8:30 - 12:00 =&gt; Participate in daily tasks.</li></ul></li><li>Lunch and relaxation time:<ul><li>12:00 - 13:00 =&gt; Your time to have a nutritious lunch, followed by free time to use the WiFi or enjoy a refreshing nap.</li></ul></li><li>Afternoon animal feeding and free time:<ul><li>13:00 - 15:00 =&gt; Afternoon animal feeding, again under supervision. These hours are important to maintain the routine and care of the residents.</li></ul></li><li>After afternoon animal feeding:<ul><li>Volunteers will have free time to explore the premises, rest or take part in recreational activities.</li><li>18:00 =&gt; Dinner is ready, the perfect time to share experiences with other volunteers and relax after a productive day.</li></ul></li></ul><p>Or you can choose the Veterinary Internship Program:</p><ul><li>Working days start at 7:00 and end at 16:00</li><li>The Veterinary Internship Program was created to allow veterinary students to apply their skills in a real-world setting.</li><li>The program aims to enable participants to take part in practical activities that directly benefit the animals.</li><li>Your day will consist of the following activities:<ul><li>7:00 - 8:00 =&gt; You will start your day with morning animal walks under the supervision of experts. This is a unique opportunity to see the animals in their most active state.</li><li>8:00 - 8:30 =&gt; Breakfast time! This is a well-deserved break to recharge your batteries.</li><li>8:30 - 12:00 =&gt; Taking medication and doing daily tasks.</li></ul></li><li>Lunch and relaxation time:<ul><li>12:00 - 13:00 =&gt; Time for a nutritious lunch, followed by free time to use the WiFi or enjoy a refreshing nap.</li><li>13:00 - 16:00 =&gt; Afternoon animal feeding, again with supervision, lab work and a range of other tasks.</li><li>18:00 =&gt; Dinner is ready, a perfect time to share experiences with other volunteers and relax after a productive day.</li></ul></li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>

<div><div class="qualifications"><div><div class="qualifications"><div class="qualifications"><div class="qualifications"><div class="qualifications"><div class="qualifications"><ul><li>You must have an intermediate level of English.</li><li>Preferably knowledge of Spanish.</li><li>You must be over 18 years old.</li><li>Singles and married couples can apply for this opportunity.</li><li>You must agree to follow the following rules.<ul><li>Do not smoke inside or outside NATUWA property.</li><li>Do not feed animals (outside of feeding time).</li><li>The use of flash when taking photos is prohibited.</li><li>The use of any type of illegal drugs is prohibited.</li><li>Alcoholic beverages are not allowed.</li><li>Respect the staff of the reserve (sexual harassment, racism, homophobia or xenophobia will not be tolerated).</li><li>Do not allow strangers to enter the reserve.</li><li>No shorts are allowed.</li><li>Follow the safety rules according to the activity (gloves, helmet, glasses, shoes and pants).</li><li>Do not carry any electronic device during work time (cell phones and cameras).</li><li>The use of insect repellents containing DEET is strictly prohibited.</li></ul></li><li>Program Fees:<ul><li>Regular Volunteer: $350</li><li>Veterinary Volunteer: $490</li></ul></li><li>HomeAwe Fees:<ul><li>$550 - HomeAwe Non-Member Fee.</li><li>$350 - HomeAwe+ Premium Membership Fee.</li><li>$250 - HomeAwe+ Ultimate Membership Fee.</li></ul></li></ul><h3>About <span data-sheets-root="1">Homeawe:</span></h3><p>HomeAwe is a platform and community for exceptional, ambitious and entrepreneurial individuals who have the passion and belief in the idea and concept of HomeAwe.
