Opportunity description

The Vocational Training Corporation announces a professional diploma in the field of operating drinking water purification plants in Jordan. In this opportunity, you will learn how to inspect the devices and equipment of drinking water purification units, such as: sedimentation units, sediment treatment, sterilization, membrane separation, distillation, and accessories of drinking water purification units such as pumps, valves, ventilation systems, disinfection devices, mixing devices, tanks, temperature, pressure, flow, level, pH and concentration measuring devices, equipment and devices for drinking water purification units, operating and monitoring them according to the manufacturer's instructions. You will also work to determine the flow rate of incoming and produced water, and sediment in the units according to the stipulated instructions, adjust pumps, valves, mixing and measuring equipment, monitor control panels, and inspect the chemicals necessary for work such as disinfection materials such as chlorine gas and calcium hypochlorite, coagulants and sintering materials, and follow up on their preparation and addition to Various drinking water treatment units and follow-up of activation processes and filtration materials according to the instructions.
