The Piano Nobile Gallery in London and the Ruth Borchard Collection invite artists to enter the Self-Portrait Prize 2025, open to all artists, established and emerging, from all backgrounds.
The artwork must be a self-portrait.
The Self-Portrait Prize invites artists to submit original and innovative self-portraits that explore personal identity, expression, and the human experience. Open to all forms of visual art, including painting, photography, sculpture, and digital media, the competition encourages diverse interpretations of the self.
All works must be submitted online via the Self-Portrait Prize Zealous portal.
Artists whose work goes on to be shortlisted will be required to deliver their artwork to Piano Nobile in London.
Submission fees: \u00a340 from a UK based bank account, International entry fee: \u00a350.
Prize:
The winner will receive a cash prize of \u00a310,000.

The competition is open to all artists, both amateur and professional, from all backgrounds. The artwork must be a self-portrait, and all works must be submitted online.
