Duties & responsibilities
- Support maintenance and update of information in relation to program implementation and assist in preparing reports and other information products.
- Support documenting internal and external meetings and ensure quality filing on SharePoint and OneNote in a timely manner.
- Support Makani program monitoring, including assistance in the update of monitoring tools, data consolidation, and coordination of monitoring efforts at the implementing partner level.
- Support the review and update of Makani Standard Operating Procedures.
- Assist in reviewing, consolidating, and tracking of program documents.
- Support maintenance of the Makani team action tracker and follow-up actions.
- Draft logistical plans for the distribution of supplies, equipment, and materials.
- Support translation for non-Arabic speakers during meetings and visits as required.
- Any other related tasks as may be required or assigned by the supervisor.

Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Social Sciences, or other similar fields.
- 3 years of experience at the national level in the areas of social protection, education, child protection, youth development, or other relevant programs.
- Experience working with non-profit development organizations and the United Nations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work inclusively and collaboratively with a range of partners, including grassroots community members, and authorities at different levels.
- Proficiency in various MS Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneNote, etc.) and familiarity with office technology equipment.
- Fluent in Arabic and English languages.
- Adaptability and flexibility.
- Decision-making skills and Self-management.
- Planning and organizing skills.
Please note: Candidate must be a national or legal resident of the country of assignment and be aged 27 - 80.
