Opportunity description
The Person-Centred Care Advocacy Academy awards fellowships to 15 dedicated advocates for participation in interactive workshops designed to hone advocacy skills. The academy aims to provide a comprehensive learning experience combining theoretical knowledge with practical applications.
Participants will benefit from expertise from leading professionals and networking opportunities. The program covers topics essential for successful advocacy, including communication strategies, policy analysis, stakeholder engagement, and grassroots mobilization.

Eligibility:
- Sufficient English proficiency.
- Demonstrated involvement as an advocate or healthcare provider (including peer educators) in the HIV field for at least two years.
- Affiliation with HIV associations, groups, or committees in central, eastern, southern, or western Africa.
- Interest in person-centred care approaches.
