Opportunity description

The University of Bradford is offering MERO Scholarship (for Middle East, North Africa, South Asia & South East Asia). The University is pleased to be offering a specific suite of scholarships to nationals from countries managed by the Middle East Regional Office.

This award is for self-funding, international fee paying students who are nationals of either: Egypt, Indonesia, Jordan, Bangladesh, Turkey, Lebanon, Sri Lanka, Palestine, Nepal. This scholarship is available for all students who meet eligibility criteria.

Students on discounted partnership programmes are not entitled to this scholarship.

 

 Undergraduate Scholarship. In the run up to celebrating in 2023, the Golden Jubilee of the founding of the UK's first Peace Studies Department, the University is thrilled to be able to offer a scholarship that will benefit all undergraduate applicants, both international and home that enrol on the course: BA International Relations, Politics and Security Studies

Benefits

All students from Egypt, Indonesia, Jordan, Bangladesh, Turkey, Lebanon, Sri Lanka, Palestine, Nepal will be awarded a £5000 scholarship as a fee reduction. The scholarship will be paid in subsequent years if progressing with an average of 60% or above.

  • This award is for self-funding, international fee paying students who are nationals of either: Egypt, Indonesia, Jordan, Bangladesh, Turkey, Lebanon, Sri Lanka, Palestine, Nepal. This scholarship is available for all students who meet eligibility criteria.
  • Students on discounted partnership programmes are not entitled to this scholarship.
  • This scholarship is only available to new starters
  • Applicable courses: All full-time courses based at the University of Bradford (excluding MBA, distance learning and external).

The University of Bradford is a public research university located in the city of Bradford, West Yorkshire, England. A plate glass university, it received its royal charter in 1966, making it the 40th university to be created in Britain, but can trace its origins back to the establishment of the industrial West Yorkshire town's Mechanics Institute in 1832.
