The London Cooking Academy announces a course in Asian street food in the UK, which is a representation of the region's culture and traditions; Historically, workers used to eat street food as a quick and easy meal to eat throughout the day, but it has now become a global phenomenon enjoyed by everyone, whether families or diners. This course will help you explore the world through its diverse flavors and textures as you will learn how to prepare street food snacks at home or to serve at a party.

Eligibility criteria
- There will be your own stove where you will prepare your recipes individually to suit your personal taste and preferences.
- You'll be able to take a selection of the delicious foods you've prepared home with you.
- There will be an opportunity to eat all the dishes you prepare as all participants will sit together for lunch enjoying the food they prepared in the morning, and will be able to take the food they prepare in the afternoon home to share with their family or friends.
- Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes (flip-flops or open-toed shoes are not allowed).
- Anyone over the age of 13 can attend the academy's cooking classes.
- There will be ample on-site parking for free.
- The academy's cooking classes do not depend on the participants' skills; All attendees will receive hands-on training and will be taught by an expert chef who can guide them through the cooking process, so participants of all levels can apply for this course.
- The Academy makes every effort to accommodate special dietary requirements, but please notify it with your dietary requirements within 24 hours of booking. You can email the Academy at Cook@thecookingacademy.co.uk or call them on 01923 778880 if you would like to find out if your special requirements for a particular course can be met at least 28 days before term.
- It is your responsibility to communicate any special dietary requirements you wish when booking.
- You will need to bring some plastic containers (quantity will be specified in your email confirmation) with you so that you can take some of the delicious recipes you will cook on the day home with you.
