Events for Female and a Chance to a Grant Valued at €10, 000

McKinsey & Company is pleased to announce the events of Next Generation Women Leaders EMEA in its 10th anniversary, and 10 female participants will have a chance to win a grant valued at €10, 000 each. It will begin on May 5 with welcome words, an opportunity to ask questions, and communication. Across the next two days, May 6 – 7, attendees will participate in interactive workshops,, helping them become trailblazers in their personal and professional lives. During the program, you will have an opportunity not only to learn more about McKinsey and leadership skills but also focus on your personal development, in particular confidence and effective communication skills. 

If you are one of the ten winners, you will have:

You must be:

• a bachelor’s, master’s, PhD, or MBA student graduating no later than 2023.
• or a professional with up to eight years of work experience.
• You should be fluent in the local language.
• NGWL events are intended for individuals who self-identify as women.
