Opportunity description
The Illustraciencia scientific and nature illustration contest, organized by the National Museum of Natural Sciences in Madrid and the Catalan Association of Science Communication in Barcelona, is open to illustrators over the age of 18.
Illustrations must be related to science or nature; the technique is free. Each participant may submit only one illustration, created between January 2024 and March 31, 2025. There are two categories: Scientific Illustration and Naturalist Illustration.
The competition is free to enter. The winner in each category will receive a prize of 1,000€.
