We are looking for a Human Resource Volunteer / Intern to perform various administrative tasks and support our HR daily activities.

WHEN:

Full-time or part-time, weekdays, evenings, or weekends. We can accommodate your schedule.

1. include assisting in drafting role descriptions, posting new positions, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and updating our volunteer records with new hire information. Ultimately, you will assist in developing, organizing, and then coordinating our HR policies and procedures.
2. You support the hiring process end-to-end (drafting job descriptions, posting on suitable sourcing channels, reviewing applications and getting involved in active search),
3. You will play an active role shaping our volunteering cycle including attraction/recruitment, off-boarding, performance management, volunteer relations and our culture, ،
4. You support monitoring necessary processes & tools to ensure an efficient recruitment experience,
