Eligibility Criteria:
FWWMUN Rome 2025 is open to school and university students aged 14–28.
- Delegates: Aged 14–28 (no prior MUN experience required).
- Observers: Aged 14–28 (observe the conference).
- Faculty Advisors: Aged 21+ (accompany delegations).
Key Dates:
- Application Deadline: December 22, 2024.
- Committee and Country Assignments: From December 30, 2024.
- Position Paper Submission: January 26, 2025.
Registration:
- Individual Registration: For students not part of a delegation.
- Delegation Registration: For groups (minimum 5 delegates, with a faculty advisor for groups with minors).
- Local Delegation Benefits: Discounted fees for Italian delegates; free participation for Faculty Advisors.
Registration Fees:
- Delegates: $100 (early), $150 (regular), $200 (late).
- Observers: $100.
- Faculty Advisors: $25.
- Delegation Fee: $100 per group.
