The 2025 China Link Scholarship at the Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT) is available to all nationalities. Sponsored by the China Scholarship Council (CSC), it supports undergraduates, Masters, PhD students, and faculty members in academic and research endeavors in China.
The Harbin Institute of Technology China Link Scholarship is open to the enrolled undergraduate, master, PhD, and faculty members from the CSC’s foreign partner universities at the time of application.

Eligibility of 2025 China Link Scholarship
- Be a Citizen of a country other than China.
- Be under 45 years of age when applying for bachelor, or master’s scholarships.
- Be under 50 years of age when applying for doctoral or faculty scholarships.
- Be registered as a full-time student or employed as a full-time academic staff at the CSC foreign Partner university.
- Have received either a pre-admission letter or an invitation letter issued by HIT.

Application Process of Fully Funded China Link Scholarship at HIT University
- Pre-Admission: Applicants should apply for pre-admission and receive an invitation.
- CSC online Application: Complete the CSC online application and upload supporting documents.
- The HIT’s Agency Number is 10213.
- HIT will notify applicants of the scholarship admission results.
