Call for Applications for Prince Sultan Military College of Health Sciences

Because of the importance of the bachelor’s degree and its distinction from the rest of the stages of study that the student goes through, and because this stage draws students’ interests and helps in acquiring cognitive, professional and behavioral skills for the future profession, the Admission and Registration Department at Prince Sultan Military College of Health Sciences announced the opening of applications for the academic year 2021/2022.

Available Majors and Tracks:

For male students:

• Admission pathways:

Students are accepted in the first year in one track, which is the applied medical specialties track, and the specialties are determined after passing the first year.

• Majors available to male students:

1. Respiratory care
2. Clinical laboratory sciences
3. Anesthesia technique
4. Emergency medical services
5. Medical Devices Technology
6. Health information management

For female students:

• Admission pathways:

Female students are accepted in the first year in one of the two tracks:

1. Nursing
2. The applied medical specialties track, and the specialties are determined after passing the first year.

• Majors available to female students:

1. Nursing
2. Respiratory care
3. Clinical laboratory sciences
4. Anesthesia technique
5. Dental assistant
6. Health information management

Benefits:

• A monthly stipend of 1000 riyals.
• Providing housing as possible.

Admission Requirements:

• The applicant must be of Saudi origin and upbringing.
• He must have obtained a high school diploma (natural sciences only) or its equivalent with a cumulative average of not less than 90%.
• The applicant’s high school graduation period should not exceed the last three years of admission (1439/1440, 1440/1441, 1441/1442). Preference in admission is given to graduates of the current year.
• The applicant should not be more than 23 years old when submitting the application.
• To be fully devoted to study.
• Applicant must have obtained the results of general abilities (70%) and academic achievement of (65%) as a minimum.
• The student must pass the medical examination approved by the college.
• He must not have been previously dismissed for academic or disciplinary reasons from the college or for disciplinary reasons from any other college.
• The application is submitted automatically to the college through the college’s website - the electronic admission portal. The applicant bears the responsibility for the correctness of the information recorded on the websites, and if proven otherwise, his registration is canceled directly and at any stage of study.
• It is not permissible to change the major from nursing to other majors for female students.
• All male and female students who are accepted as civilians undertake to work in any unit affiliated with the medical services of the armed forces as required by the interests, needs and shifts of work.
