International Volunteer HQ is offering Arts and Music Volunteer Program in Jordan.
Benefits:

Duration:
- From 1 - 12 weeks
- Up to 4 hours volunteering per day
Duties & responsibilities
- Assisting children with art and music
- Addressing global issues with young people
- Helping students develop life skills in a safe place
- Practicing your Arabic
- Developing your communication skills
- Gaining teaching experience
- Immersing yourself in Jordanian culture
- Exploring Jordan’s ancient history
Eligibility criteria
- Volunteers aged 16 - 17 years must be accompanied by an adult to participate in this program.
- Volunteers aged 18+ can take part independently.
- All volunteers are required to speak fluent English
- All volunteers are required to have adequate volunteer travel insurance and provide a criminal background check to International Volunteer HQ before departure.
About the project:
International Volunteer HQ’s Arts and Music project empowers volunteers to arrange and run creative workshops for disadvantaged children in Amman. Volunteers gain teaching experience while sharing their love of art and music in a way that helps encourage students to learn about and raise awareness of global issues, and to make positive changes in their own community and way of life.
