The Abdul Hameed Shoman Foundation announces the opening of applications for the 2025 Cultural Grants Program in Jordan and Palestine, starting from Tuesday, February 25, 2025, until Wednesday, April 30, 2025.
The program aims to support individuals and organizations in implementing cultural, creative, and knowledge-based projects, enhancing the cultural scene, spreading knowledge, and empowering communities.
The grants cover projects in literature, arts, and leadership thought, including performing and visual arts, national heritage preservation, library support, cultural and scientific activities, educational spaces, and more. Since 2014, the foundation has supported over 230 individuals and organizations with funding of approximately 8 million Jordanian Dinars, benefiting over 600,000 people in Jordan, Palestine, and the Arab world.

Eligibility criteria
- The project's activities must be carried out in Jordan or Palestine.
- The project's activities must be completed within a maximum of 12 months.
- The project must fall within the scope of support and fields endorsed by the foundation.
- All application requirements, including forms and documents, must be completed.
- The foundation does not support two different projects being implemented simultaneously by the same entity.
- The foundation encourages projects that integrate various governorates into the cultural and knowledge scene.
- The foundation encourages projects that incorporate multiple sectors within its areas of support.
- The foundation encourages projects aimed at enriching digital content.
- The foundation supports projects with a clear approach to sustainability and continuity.
