Travel Articles and Stories Writing Competition and a Cash Prize of 500 Euros from Anthology

Anthology invites both new and established writers to a competition; Anthology Travel Writing Competition, which had been established for writers who like to share authentic travel experiences and to provide a platform for publication. The competition is open to original and previously unpublished travel articles in the English language by writers of any nationality, living anywhere in the world. It is looking for an engaging article that will capture the reader’s attention, conveying a strong sense of the destination and the local culture. 

If you win this competition, you will have:

• a €500 cash prize.
• the chance to see your work published in a future issue of Anthology.

You should follow the following criteria:

• You should submit an original, non-fictional, unpublished travel article, written in English with a maximum of 1,000 words.
• There is no limit to the number of entries you can submit.
• Each submission will require a separate entry form and be subject to a separate entry fee.
• There is no age limit.
• Copyright remains with the author but Anthology reserves the right to be the first to publish or arrange a broadcast of selected works. 
• Entry fees:
• Standard fee: €15 per article (1 July–30 November 2023).

Please note:

• The winner will be contacted by email or telephone.
• Prize money will be paid on the publication of the winning article in Anthology magazine.

Evaluation Process:

Your submissions will be judged based on:

• Literary merit
• Originality 
• Readability.
