Vocational Training in the Field of Preparing Gypsum Decorations in Jordan from the Vocational Training Corporation

The Vocational Training Corporation announces a training course in the field of preparing gypsum decorations in Jordan. This program will last for 3 semesters, at a rate of 2100 hours. You will work alone or under the supervision of the general gypsum supplier. You will also determine the items and specifications of work materials, estimate their quantities and costs, prepare and install gypsum castings according to the executive plans and required designs, fill out work forms, and apply occupational safety and health procedures and instructions.

You will be able to do the following, upon completion of this training program:

• Determine the items of the necessary raw materials according to the specifications and executive plans, determine the quantities of the materials, prepare them and calculate their cost, and determine the method of work and implementation steps.
• Selects the tools, prepares them, uses them, serves them, and keeps them.
• Prepare the gypsum mix, pour the gypsum into the molds, loosen the gypsum from the molds, store it, and form the frameworks using drawing models.
• Install the necessary scaffolding, prepare installation sites, and install gypsum artifacts such as suspended ceilings, cornices, frames, seams, columns, crowns, and arches, according to the required design.
• Inspects the gypsum artifacts, determine the type of damage, and perform the necessary maintenance for the artifacts that need to be maintained.

• You must be 16 years old.
• You must be in tenth grade.
• You must be able to read and write.

The Vocational Training Corporation was established under Temporary Law No. (35) of (1976) as one of the development projects in the five-year plan (1976-1980) with the aim of expanding the preparation of trained manpower and organizing the labor market, as it started its work in 1977.
