Workshop and Training Program from Emirates Global Aluminum for Emirati Graduate Students

The Emirates Global Aluminum's National Graduate Training Programme provides graduates with an approximately 18-months training program enabling them to assume a role as a first-line supervisor.

Details:

Preference is given to graduates in the fields of engineering, but other disciplines are considered based on the needs of the organization. A customized development plan is prepared for each graduate trainee, comprising on-the-job training, technical skills development, and management and leadership competency development programs. Each graduate trainee is assigned a mentor and regular progress review meetings are held.

Eligibility Criteria:

• UAE National holding a UAE passport
• 20 to 30 years old
• Maximum experience of 2-3 years, fresh graduates preferred
• A Higher Diploma / Bachelor’s //Master’s degree, preferably in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Chemical, Mechatronics) Finance, Accounting, HR, Marketing, or Supply Chain

Emirates Global Aluminum:

EGA is the world’s largest ‘premium aluminum’ producer and the biggest industrial company in the UAE outside oil and gas. EGA has recruited graduates for decades, many of whom have stayed with our company for long and successful careers. Seven members of our current Executive Committee originally joined EGA as fresh graduates.
