Opportunity description

Bond University in Australia offers highly exceptional students from Jordan the opportunity to apply for tuition remission scholarships for the next academic year. These scholarships are awarded on the basis of academic excellence and are a testament to the university’s commitment to quality and outstanding international students. A number of scholarships is provided each semester to students from Jordan, commencing either undergraduate or postgraduate studies.


Applicants must:

[1] Have already received an offer from Bond University to commence either an undergraduate or postgraduate degree

[2] Be citizens of Jordan and currently residing in Jordan

[3] Have outstanding academic ability

[4] Complete and submit the International Student Scholarship (Jordan Application Form) by the scholarship application deadline

[5] Not have already commenced studies at Bond University

[6] Maintain a minimum average of 65% or better in the program

[7] Be enrolled on a full-time basis

[8] Participate in promotional activities arranged by the university

Please note: The following programs are not eligible for consideration for scholarships – Master of Psychology, Study Abroad and Exchange Programs, Bachelor of Medical Studies and Doctor of Physiotherapy.

Selection:

The university will select the successful applicants on a competitive, merit-based process. This will include review of each applicant’s academic achievement as demonstrated by his/her academic results from his/her home country qualification and supporting statement. Successful applicants will be notified of the outcome within a month of the scholarship closing date.

Scholarship value:

The International Student Scholarship – Jordan awards $10,000 tuition remission and is paid in two equal $5000 instalments in the recipients first two semesters of study.
