The Krishnan-Ang Studentships for Overseas Students in the Natural Sciences is now open for those to want to apply. The Krishnan-Ang Studentships are intended to support outstanding overseas (outside the EU) graduate candidates undertaking a Ph.D. in the Natural Sciences at the University of Cambridge.
Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- have applied for admission, or already received an offer of admission, for a Ph.D. degree in the Natural Sciences at the University of Cambridge.
- not yet have been members of the University of Cambridge as an undergraduate or graduate student.
Funding:
The studentship covers:
- Graduate Course Fees.
- maintenance allowance (in 2019-20 at a rate of £15,009 per annum).
- Research Scholarship Emolument (£450 per annum).
- A return ticket from the country of origin to the United Kingdom.
Note: The awards will be conditional on the applicants being accepted by the University’s Graduate Admissions Office for a course at the University. The successful applicants must become members of Trinity College on taking up the Studentship.
