INSEAD, in collaboration with the Forté Foundation, offers a fellowship program to a number of outstanding women admitted to the INSEAD MBA program. The Forte's mission is to substantially increase the number of women business owners and leaders by increasing the flow of women into key educational gateways and business networks. This is achieved with both monetary and mentoring support. Fellows will join the Forté community and enjoy lifelong leadership development opportunities provided specifically for women.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates for the Forté Fellowship should exhibit exemplary leadership in one or more ways: academic leadership; team leadership; community leadership; creative leadership.
- Measurable academic and personal achievement as well as involvement in issues related to the advancement of women.
Required Essays:
- In no more than 300 words explain why you should be the Forte Fellow in your class at INSEAD.
- Provide a concise but accurate description of your financial circumstances as well as your budget for the year at INSEAD. How do you expect to finance your studies if you do not obtain a scholarship from INSEAD? (150-200 words).
Funding:
The amount of this fellowship varies from 10,000 EUR to 20,000 EUR.

- Round 1: Applications Open: 18 October 2019. Deadline: 4 November 2019.
- Round 2: Applications Open: 6 December 2019. Deadline: 23 December 2019.
- Round 3: Applications Open: 14 February 2020. Deadline: 2 March 2020.
December 2021 Class:
- Round 1: Applications Open: 10 April 2020. Deadline: 27 April 2020.
- Round 2: Applications Open: 5 June 2020. Deadline: 22 June 2020.
- Round 3: Applications Open: 24 July 2020. Deadline: 10 August 2020.
