Fashion Design Competition for University Students with RMB 10,000 Award from CFW

The 10th annual International Student Fashion Design Competition is now available for university students all over the world who want to participate. The 10th annual International Student Fashion Design Gala will feature Fabric Design, Fashion Design, Makeup, Photography, Micro-Film, and Accessories.

Competition Theme:-

As our daily lives get better and better, more and more we can see the world coming together to not only for trade, but for cultural exchange as well. There's no better example of this than fashion - the clothing we wear for work and play. Across the world, clothing promotes the creative arts, healthy lifestyles, and local style.

Competition Categories:-

• Fabric Design: It should be original work, related to the theme and belong to textiles, printing or other related fields.

• Fashion Design: At least 3 sets of clothing are required, on a single theme, either creative fashion design or ready-to-wear design.

• Makeup: At least one set of work is required which should be fashionable and innovative. One digital photograph of the makeup and hairstyle and one digital photograph of the entire style must be submitted.

• Photography: At least two sets of photographs, either in fashion photography or creative photography are required.

• Micro-Film: At least one film, no more than 10 minutes in duration. Acceptable formats include, but are not limited to narrative short films, animated films, and video essays.

• Accessories: Accessories include jewelry, bags, shoes and hats. Each entry is limited to one category of accessory, with at least three examples of the chosen accessory type required.

Prizes:-

• A gold medal (RMB 10,000 ) will be given to the  first winner in each category.

• two silver medals (RMB 6,000 each) will be given for 2 winners in each category.

• Three bronze medals (RMB 3,000 each) will be given for 3 winners in each category.

• Ten runner-up prizes (RMB 1,000 each) for winners in each category.

• One Audience Choice award (RMB 1,000 ) in each category.

• Thirty honorable mentions (Certificate) in each category.

• Five Best Organization awards (Certificate), and Ten Best Instructor awards (RMB 1,000 each).

Competition Timeline:-

• Event release, manuscript collection, campus promotion, student creation, teacher guidance: November 10th, 2020-April 10th, 2021.

• Contest preliminary evaluation, online voting: In the mid of April, 2021.

• Final evaluation: In late May 10th, 2020.

• Mailing of winning works (the date of delivery shall prevail): before May 10th, 2020.

• Gala: Late May, 2021.
