Griffith University, Australia is offering a number of International Scholarships for high-achieving high school leavers applying for undergraduate studies for the academic year 2019-2020.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Be a citizen of a country other than Australia or New Zealand.
- Be a graduate or graduating from a high school qualification overseas, and have not previously attempted tertiary study prior to commencing at Griffith University.
- Be commencing and enrolling as a new a full-time student in an undergraduate degree in Trimester 3 2019, or Trimester 1, 2 or 3 2020 at Griffith University.
- Have satisfied all appropriate entry requirements for the proposed degree program, including:
Results of previous study and English language proficiency university accepts the following tests:
- IELTS: Minimum score of 6.5, with no subscore less than 6.0.
- TOEFL: a minimum score of 575.
- Internet-based (IBT) TOEFL: a score of 79 (no sub-score less than 19). Pearson Test of English (Academic): an overall score of 58 with no score less than 50.
- ISLPR: no score less than 3+ in each skill of the ISLPR.
Griffith University's entry requirements, since for undergraduate degrees it requires completion of secondary school comparable to Australian Year 12 or equivalent academic achievement. And you can find more information about English and entry requirements here.
Other Terms and Conditions:
- Should a student withdraw or cancel for any reason, the scholarship amount is non-refundable.
- Students must remain enrolled in the program for which the scholarship offer was made, which is stated on the Letter of Offer issued from Griffith International Admissions.
- Excludes applicants for online, non-award, Bachelor of Dental Health Science, Bachelor of Medical Science, offshore delivered programs, and students that defer commencement to 2021.
Scholarship Amount:
The scholarship covers 10% of undergraduate tuition fees for the first two trimesters of enrolment.
