Opportunity description

Forsa offers a job opportunity for a Digital Marketing and Social Media Officer at its headquarters in Amman, Jordan. The Digital Marketing Officer will manage social media accounts, lead advertising campaigns, analyze engagement statistics, and work on increasing the number of Forsa platform users.

Duties & responsibilities

  1. Design and implement Forsa's strategies to enhance engagement and reach, including running advertising campaigns on social media platforms.
  2. Manage and publish original content for Forsa across social media platforms.
  3. Prepare regular analytical reports on the performance of content across social media platforms.
  4. Create and publish content on social media platforms in alignment with Forsa's objectives.
  5. Assist in managing the advertising budget on social media to maximize engagement and impact.
  6. Engage professionally with individuals and organizations on Forsa's social media platforms, including partner organizations, Forsa users, and the general public.
  7. Respond to all user questions and inquiries received via social media platforms and prepare regular analyses of these inquiries.
  8. Share news about Forsa through social media platforms and traditional media channels.
  9. Work on increasing registrations on the Forsa website.
  10. Improve Forsa's visibility on search engines (SEO).
  11. Propose innovative ideas to enhance the reach and impact of Forsa's content.
  12. Assist with other tasks assigned by management.

Eligibility criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing or any related field.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English languages.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Familiarity with internet tools such as AdSense, Google Analytics, and others.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, particularly Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to create interactive and engaging ad copy.
  • Professional and courteous interaction with Forsa users and colleagues, with the ability to work under pressure and maintain a friendly demeanor.
  • A strong sense of responsibility and the ability to manage daily tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Creativity, innovation, and the ability to think outside the box.
  • Belief in Forsa's mission and a clear understanding of its services and target audience.
  • Experience in managing social media accounts.
  • Previous experience in SEO standards is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
  • Understanding of basic web programming principles (e.g., HTML, CSS) is a plus.
