Job Opportunity as a Financial Manager al Al Qantara Center in Jordan

Al-Qantara Center for Human Resources Development is offering a job opportunity as a Finance Manager to join the team in Ma'an, Jordan.

1. Manage the receipts.
2. Prepare the necessary daily entries.
3. Prepare reports for donors.
4. Prepare budgets for projects.
5. Manage the cash flows of the center and projects.
6. Prepare a draft of the final financial statements.
7. Follow up the work of the income tax and the General Organization for Social Security.
8. Submit periodic reports to management.
9. Prepare special forms to obtain approvals for financing.
10. Prepare periodic reports for the Ministry of Industry and Trade related to projects.
11. Any other work that fits with the skills and qualifications of the applicant.

1. Experience of at least 5 years.
2. A bachelor's degree in Accounting.
3. Experience working in non-profit organizations and charities is preferred.
4. Proficiency in English and Arabic.
5. Advanced computer skills, especially Excel.
6. Age should not exceed 45 years.

Al Qantara Center, founded in 2012 as the first NGO in Ma'an, promotes a culture of political participation among young people and enable them to exercise their right to political decision-making and control it. It also aims to activate the role of the youth of both gender in community work and promoting the culture of volunteerism.
