Bedaya is accepting applications for a full-time medical receptionist vacancy, that will work in the city of Jeddah, KSA.
Duties & responsibilities
- Welcoming visitors and customers
- Informing the administrator or manager when visitors or customers arrive
- Answering phone calls and emails
- Performing administrative tasks
- Responding visitors and customers inquiries’ on the company and services and products it offers
- Accompanying visitors to their destinations
- Setting appointments
- Monitoring and reporting individuals with suspicious or unusual activities
- Keeping records
- Data Entry
- Making sure waiting office or reception is always clean and organized
- Taking care of printing
- Scheduling and arranging timetables in addition to setting priorities
- Preparing and elevating reports
