MPHCO Jobs in KSA: Female Legal Specialist

MPHCO is accepting applications from female candidates legal specialist vacancy in Saudi Arabia, specifically the city of Riyadh. Successful candidate will be responsible for legally preparing and reviewing contracts, regulations and agreements, and assisting in developing legal work and public policies.

1. preparing evaluating legal options, and researching data related to cases, past cases, and legislation.
2. Assist departmental staff in drafting legal opinions, written and other legal memos.
3. Preparing legal documents such as contracts and such.
4. Conduct legal researches, review legal documents, and address important issues.
5. Reviewing facility contracts, identifying risks, and monitoring the implementation of legal provisions.
6. Carrying out any tasks assigned by the direct manager that are related to the nature of her work.
7. Creating and submitting periodic reports and hand them over to management.

• Bachelor's degree in law.
• Technical and behavioral competencies and job-related skills.
• Laws and regulations experience.
• English language proficiency.
