Caliberly is offering a job opportunity as a Telesales Executive in Duba, UAE.
Duties & responsibilities
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about properties or new projects
- Answer questions about properties, new projects, or company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and convert general leads into opportunities
- Direct potential leads to the sales agents team
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information for customer profiling
- Working towards converting company-assigned leads into opportunities that result in sales
- Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Eligibility criteria
- Proven experience in a telesales or other sales/customer service role
- Understanding of the UAE property market, and the ability to learn about new projects and describe/explain them to prospects
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
- Good knowledge of MS Office and telephone systems
- Excellent knowledge of English, and Arabic is a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- High school diploma; BSc/BA will be a plus
