You will be responsible for:

1. As part of the University Recruitment team, execute the university recruitment strategy, which includes Internship programs, full-time student programs etc.
2. Participate and support the campus hiring-related activities, such as promotion, and intern events.
3. Leverage digital media and traditional channels.
4. Attract, assess and offer great talents.
5. Attract the most diversified candidates to foster a diversity and inclusion culture.
6. Ensure the student & hiring manager experience in the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
7. Manage the in-house Staffing Systems including interview scheduling, data entry, maintaining applicants’ data for tracking, conducting appropriate data analysis

You must have: 

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• The ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure, be independent to deliver work results. 
• Detailed-oriented with a systematic approach to drive advanced planning and smooth execution. 
• Good oral and written skills in Mandarin and English.
• Presentable, good at communication.
• Resilient, and can work under pressure.
• The ability to innovate and think out of the box.
• A proactive and collaborative team player.
• Passionate about talent identification & development.
