UKG’s Intern Academy program is dedicated to helping college students jump start their business careers at a top-ranked technology company that cares about its people. Their interns work on enriching projects that have a significant business impact on the future of their company. In addition to your day-to-day work with your team, interns get to experience award-winning culture through mentorship, learning programs, team-building activities, networking events, and more. UKG Sales has big ideas — and need big thinkers with diverse perspectives to help them realize the ideas.
About the UKG Sales and Marketing Track:
The Go-to-Market Intern Academy is a full time, 12-week summer program for rising Juniors and Seniors seeking a career in sales and/or marketing functions. This program provides an immersive job experience in which students will work four days a week as a functional member within a go to market team. Additionally, students will work one day a week within cohort groups and participate in the following experiences:
- Experience the Award Winning UKG Culture
- Participate in multiple Professional Development Workshops
- Develop multiple individual and group presentations
- Engage in one-to-one mentorship with sales leaders

Eligibility Criteria:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or another related field.
- Able to commit to a full-time 40-hour schedule, Mon – Fri for 12 weeks.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong Initiative, perseverance, and curiosity.
The internship is remote. It will run from May 19 – August 8, 2024.
