Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Develop training plans to effectively meet the needs and Analyze training programs.
- Support the Training and Development Unit Head manage the implementation of the training plan, including the efficient management of the training budget.
- Develop relationships with external training suppliers in the Kingdom and internationally to understand their capabilities and be able to bring in the best expertise and place people optimally on external courses.
- Coordinate the logistics for training delivery (e.g. training facilities, travel of external trainers, etc.).
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the training offered.
- Manage the delivery of appropriate induction programs for recruits.
- Implement the processes of on-the-job training, and ensures specialists and associates are aware of the requirement to coach and develop the performance of their people.
- Develop and maintain external contacts to keep up with the developments in training and training requirements, both nationally and internationally.
- Provide support for the professional development of staff reporting directly to you.
- Support the Training and Development Unit Head in developing internal training materials.

Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in human resources or related field preferred.
- SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification preferred.
- 8 years in relevant experience.
- Provide companies with classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.
- Supervise technical training for staff.
- Create testing and evaluation processes.
- Prepare and implement training budget.
- Develop multimedia visual aids and presentations.
- Provide opportunities for team members, to suggest, participate in and contribute to improvements, innovation, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills (Arabic & English).
