Tamatem Jobs in Jordan: User Acquisition and Ad Monetization Representative

Tamatem if offering a job opportunity in Amman, Jordan as a User Acquisition and Ad Monetization Representative at Tamatem, you will get to help shape our marketing efforts through a mix of data analysis and campaign management. You will assist the Mobile Growth team through a combination of campaign management and analysis.

1. Run User Acquisition campaigns on Facebook, Google, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Ad Networks, etc. across various platforms and devices, ensuring KPIs are achieved
2. Onboard new channels and assist in identifying new opportunities for the continued growth of our mobile games 
3. Assist in producing complete performance reporting and analysis on all mobile marketing campaigns and recommend actions to take based on insights gained.
4. Partner with other concerned internal teams to monitor KPIs that align with business objectives and help drive optimization
5. Assist with A/B tests for creatives, content, etc. to maximize acquisition activities and ROI
6. Partner with internal teams and external agencies to ensure our growth strategy is executed upon

1. Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Economics, or a related field
2.  1- 2 years of experience, preferably in online gaming companies
3. Creative and proactive
4. Time management 
5. Organization skills
6. Excellent analytical skills
7. Data driven mindset
8. Excellent communication skills
9. Ability to multitask
10. Excellent command of MS Excel
11. Excellent written and verbal communication in English
12. Experience with using BI Tool is preferred
13. Experience with Ad Monetization is preferred
14. Good knowledge of user acquisition platforms (Facebook Ads, Google AdWords,...),
15. Understanding of A/B and multi-variant testing technologies
16. Deep understanding of digital and mobile advertising channels
17. Knowledge of both iOS and Android platforms
18. Good knowledge of free-to-play economics and best industry practices
19. Good knowledge of mediation and attribution tool
20. Experience with reporting both quantitative and qualitative results of UA spend
