Job Opportunity as a Projects manager in Egypt

Swordjob in Egypt is looking for a project manager, as this role is one of the senior management engineering jobs in the construction and tourism sector in Marsa Alam city and his responsibility falls under the responsibility of the managing director. The project engineer is responsible for all engineering and technical disciplines related to projects, as well as scheduling, planning, forecasting, managing, and scheduling all technical activities in order to ensure the accuracy and quality of the project from the project idea to its completion. He also monitors the implementation and interacts with clients to explain their needs and requirements to achieve the greatest extent possible of customer satisfaction and quality of implementation.

• Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and controlling engineering projects.
• Monitor compliance with applicable laws, practices, and quality assurance policies.
• Interact on a daily basis with clients to explain their needs and requirements.
• Quality control, performance standards, and specifications required by the project.
• Monitor work, budget, schedule, plans, and staff performance and regularly report on the status of each project.
• Defining and distributing responsibilities to the work team within each project.
• Cooperating and communicating with the project manager and various departments to provide assistance and technical support.
• Follow up on achievements and set delivery dates. 

• Must have a university degree/bachelor's degree in engineering.
• A master's degree is preferred.
• Previous experience in a project manager position with a total experience of not less than 20 years.
• To be PMP certified.
• The ability to make various analyzes and measurements.
• Ability to use various programs such as MS Project, Basecamp, Trello.
