AIER in the USA invites applicants from all over the world to a paid internship opportunities. As an intern at AIER, you will work closely with staff on projects relating to your interests.
Duties & responsibilities
Your skills can be applied to:
- Scholarly research.
- Program.
- Event planning.
- Marketing.
- Graphic design.
- Communications.
- Development.
- Fundraising.
Eligibility criteria
- Young students who want to work closely with staff on research projects and educational outreach.
- You have a passion for scholarly research, nonprofit programming, event planning, marketing, graphic design, communications, and fundraising.
- Applications are submitted throughout the year and are reviewed on a rolling basis.
- Accepted candidates are notified within 30 days of these review dates.
- Applications reviewed:
- February 1st | for summer & fall.
- May 1st | for fall.
- October 1st | for spring.
Benefits:
If you get this internship opportunity, you will have:
- The minimum wage in Massachusetts.
- For internships lasting more than 10 weeks, participants living further than 300 miles from Great Barrington also receive a $750 travel stipend.
- Housing is provided in the AIER manor or cottages right on campus, close to the beautiful town of Great Barrington.
- Lunch and many dinners are provided for AIER staff, fellows, and interns every workday.
