Orange is offering Summer Internship - Employee Programs in Smart Village – Egypt.

 

Duties & responsibilities

  • Help in resourcing new employee online programs
  • Negotiate new deals with suppliers; finalize the documentation of the deal and announcement
  • Update the suppliers database
  • Help with the assigned online Wellness program activities, plans and supplier deals to provide the needed activities.

Eligibility criteria

  • Perfect communication and negotiation skills.
  • Active and extrovert person.
  • Preferably worked on college fund raising campaigns. 
  • Fluent English both spoken and written.
  • Detailed and process oriented.
  • Flexibility in dealing with people with diverse working styles.
  • Minimum knowledge of using spread sheets and reports.
  • Updated with the corporate employee benefits and new trends
  • Innovative and smart in coming up with new programs and ideas that could serve the employee experience and engagement
