<ol><li>Preparing a strategic and operational plan</li><li>Preparing the organizational structure and job description</li><li>Preparing the list of human resources and their forms</li><li>Preparing the procedural guide</li><li>Preparation of the quality system (according to ISO standard)</li><li>Preparing the Governance Regulations</li><li>Preparing internal policies and employment guide</li></ol>
