Opportunity description
Proxidize is offering a full-time job opportunity as an Executive Assistant to join the team in Amman, Jordan, for 6 days per week with extra hours expected, from 11am to 7pm.
Duties & responsibilities
- You will be a remember of the operations team and will report to the CEO.
- All operations-related matters.
- Track & manage 3PL.
- Sourcing, procurement & supplier research.
- Manage office.
- Bookkeeping.
- Commercial research & reporting.
- Track & report on KPIs & key metrics.
- Manage HR & recruitment.
- Manage contracts & legal.
- Manage team onboarding & offboarding.
- Assist anywhere necessary to achieve company objectives.
Eligibility criteria
- Have a background in technology & operations.
- Experience in administrative positions.
- Be a flexible and industrious generalist who's competitive, proactive, and a quick learner.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Bachelors from a reputable university in related fields.
- Be willing to travel or relocate as required.
- Capable of cross-cultural communication.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- A good understand of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
