Opportunity description

Ernst & Young is offering a job opportunity as a Business Consulting and Enterprise Risk Manager in Amman, Jordan. 

Duties & responsibilities

  1. Effectively manage and motivate client engagement teams with diverse skills and backgrounds.
  2. Consistently deliver quality client services and manage expectations of client service delivery.
  3. Monitor progress, manage risk, and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.
  4. Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business.
  5. Develop and maintain long-term relationships and networks with clients and internal EY stakeholders.
  6. Demonstrate deep technical capabilities and professional knowledge.
  7. Possess in depth business acumen and demonstrate ability to quickly assimilate to new knowledge.
  8. Remain current on new developments in consulting services capabilities and industry knowledge.

Eligibility criteria

  1. Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, writing and presentation skills.
  2. Leadership, teamwork, and client service skills.
  3. Demonstrates integrity, values, principles, and work ethic.
  4.  A bachelor's or master's degree in Accountancy, Business, Risk Management, Information Management Systems, Industrial engineering, or other related discipline.
  5. A minimum of 6 years of experience working as an IA auditor or Risk/Compliance adviser for a public accounting firm, a professional services firm, or within industry.
  6. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint.
  7. Willingness to travel outside of their assigned office location as the need arises.
  8. Professional certifications such as: Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Governance, Risk, Compliance professional (GRCP), Professional Risk Manager (PRMIA), Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA), PMP.
