Job Opportuniyt at ZenHR in Jordan: IT Administrator

ZenHR is offering a job opportunity in Jordan as it’s looking for a passionate and motivated IT Administrator to join our growing team. We want a team player who is driven and willing to learn to accompany us on our mission of playing a vital role in the digital transformation sweeping the MENA region.

The IT Administrator will be responsible for investigating and diagnosing network problems, collecting IT usage stats, making recommendations for improving the company’s IT systems, and carrying out routine configuration and installation of IT solutions.

1.  Install and configure software and hardware
2. Manage network servers and technology tools
3.  Maintain and update documentation of procedures and configurations.
4.  Manage the entire purchase of inventory related to hardware, software, and other IT supplies
5. Develop and maintain vendor relations
6. Recommend software and hardware solutions comprising upgrades and new acquisitions
7. Set up accounts and workstations
8. Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
9. Troubleshoot issues and outages
10. Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls
11. Upgrade systems with new releases and models
12. Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
13. Update and maintain the accuracy of the fixed asset register and update it timely on ZenHR

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or any related field
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• System administration and IT certifications in Linux, Microsoft, or other network-related fields are a plus
